• Basic analytics about your visit to this website (pages viewed, device type, country) — never used to identify you personally.

• To provide quotes and carry out bed bug heat treatments you have booked.
• To honour our written 100% kill guarantee, including verifying re-treatment claims.
• To send service updates such as booking confirmations and preparation instructions.
• To meet our legal, accounting and insurance obligations.
• To improve our service and website. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Where advertising tracking is enabled, Google receives advertising click identifiers and successful quote-request events for measurement and ad optimisation only when permitted by your advertising choice. Your name, email and address are not sent to Google for matching. In the UK and other consent regions, advertising tracking stays blocked until you accept. Accept and Reject are equally available, and Cookie settings lets you withdraw consent. We retain the choice time, visitor reference, region, notice text and version as consent evidence; earlier acceptance records remain when you later withdraw.
